I’m really excited about Cindy Sexton’s new book, “Paleo Takes 5 or Fewer: Healthy Eating Was Never Easier with These Delicious 3, 4 and 5 Ingredient Recipes”. This bright, happy, and easy-breezy book is a great addition to any cook’s kitchen. The idea of eating a paleo diet can seem daunting with a big list of “no’s” but Cindy breaks it down and make it easy and fun.
This recipe for Creamy Roasted Butternut Soup with Ginger and Cilantro sums up the book perfectly: healthy, delicious, and so easy, anybody could do it.
One more super cool thing about this book is her Nutrient Density Chart for the major vitamins and minerals, which is a nutrition geek’s dream. How great is this?
