Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ can full fat coconut milk (mix the cream with the coconut water)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1 raw egg (optional)
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. That’s it!
