Diana, I’ve been enjoying your podcasts wtih Liz so much. I have a question: I’m starting to grow some food at my house: just a planter with herbs and this year some radishes and lettuce in a couple of pots. My question is about fertilizer and keeping the soil healthy. I did mix some organic local compost into my potting soil but going forward how to do I nurture the soil and keep it healthy to continue to grow the plants? What do I use and how often?
