  1. Great podcast. I didn’t mind the phone connection. Mr Kitterage explained the issue well. I am very interested in this topic. We farm our cattle in this manner. We also seem to weather the dry part of summer well with “armour”. I’d like to see some research reach fruition and show how well this system sequesters carbon. Nothing else will.

    We have traveled quite a bit to rural bits of the world (as one does in NZ) and we quite agree that the world will be best fed as it has been, by peasant farmers.
