I love your podcast – I learn so much and look forward to each new one showing up. I had a question regarding meat and the idea that it “rots in the gut”. I have eaten meat all my life (though not in excess by any means) and I have not heard this until very recently. Do you know where this comes from? Was there a study or something that perpetuated this? I’m pretty sure it’s not true but would love to see some evidence..
