Nice podcast. Makes me glad we have Biogro and Assure Quality here in NZ; no great stories about the USDA anywhere.
We grow all the toms and peppers in the 10×12 m double skinned greenhouse… the only way in a climate that can frost in January! Fortunately, most veggies are hardier than that; but I put lamb covers on the orphans..
