In Italy, they call this a “Moka” machine. I love how simple, easy and quick it is to make a strong cup of espresso with this inexpensive alternative to those fancy espresso machines that take up tons of room on your counter and end up breaking. Simply fill with water and grounds, then set on your stovetop to perk. For best taste, use low heat and don’t boil.
