I only use cast iron for my skillets. I own three sizes and this one is a great 10.25-inch, multi-functional skillet made in America by Lodge for frying on the stovetop or roasting in the oven. It retains heat well, which means a great sear on meat and it keeps food warm for a long time. I like buying these skillets pre-seasoned. Ditch your non-stick pans and give this one a try!
