Smoked Celtic Sea Salt

I love adding smoked sea salt as a rub for grilled meats or as an addition to potato or tuna salad. Tended for 60 hours over a slowly smoldering fire, the salt is full of the sweet and smokey flavor of orchard grown, red Rome beauty apple wood. It’s an unexpected twist to lots of recipes!
