Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie

This subtle smoothie doesn’t hit you with a strong sweet taste but rather a more subtle and delightful flavor from the ginger, cardamom and cinnamon.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ can full fat coconut milk (mix the cream with the coconut water)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 1 raw egg (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. That’s it!
