Ok, loved this episode but I was dying for you to ask her WHY she remained a vegetarian!
Same! It wasn’t totally clear, especially since she found it important for her sons to eat meat.
This was an awesome episode!! So much knowledge she has, amazing. My favorite part “even if I did eat meat, I definitely wouldn’t eat chicken and DEFINITELY wouldn’t eat the chicken breast!” Haha It’s so sad to me knowing what I know now how many people in our society are so off base with their “healthful” eating AND they preach it. I am trying so desperately to remember all these things so I have good arguments the next time I’m in the situation where someone is trying to tell me lean white chicken breast is the best food to eat. HA!
