The Paleo Solution: The Original Human Diet

This book saved AND changed my life. As I was reading it, everything completely clicked and made perfect sense. I followed the 30-day program outlined by Robb and in a matter of about 2 weeks, my life went from black and white to color. I’m not kidding. I used to have to eat a snack every 1.5-2 hours and after doing the program, I was able to make it from breakfast to lunch without a snack. I could even skip lunch without tunnel vision and getting “hangry”!

Since reading this book, I have never turned back. I’m completely sold that this template is the right diet framework for ALL HUMANS. I’m also a regular contributor to RobbWolf.com and have co-presented at numerous conferences with him. If you only read one book on paleo, be sure it’s this one. If you like to geek out on science, you can totally get into it here – but if you want to skip the “why” and just follow the program, you can do that, too! This book is the paleo bible. Get it.
