This FANTASTIC resource is not only a paleo guidebook, explaining all you need in order to understand and follow the paleo diet, but is also jam-packed with over 120 easy recipes, all with special notes about common food allergens including nightshades and FODMAPs. Diane Sanfilippo really knows her stuff. Her recipes are very easy to follow and delicious. For someone new to the paleo diet, I can’t recommend this book enough.
