This podcast rang very true to me. Nearly every symptom is one that I have. I’ve had my blood sugar tested at my doctors office several times before but it comes back as “normal”. What do you think normal is? And can you help me with some breakfast ideas please? I am a big breakfast eater, average lunch eater, and very minimal dinner eater. Currently I have 2 over easy eggs cooked in butter, one cup of oatmeal with a splash of milk, and an apple or some berries. Should I try something different? I have lots of chickens so eggs are a must. Thanks!
I would try lower carbs for breakfast. I usually eat 2-3 eggs cooked in butter and some black coffee. If that leaves you still hungry, try some sautéed veggies. I generally have a little carb at lunch, and a “normal” serving of carbs at dinner. This works great for me. I’ve played around a LOT with this. give it a try!
Thanks!
