Module 2: Why are We So Sick? Learn the root cause of our modern diseases, why our dietary guidelines are so wrong, and why nutrition research is so flawed.
Module 3: What Do We Need to Thrive? This module contains a deep dive into protein, carbohydrates and fats so you’ll know the best choices to make for your health.
Module 4: Why Eat Plants? Find out the pros and cons to plant-sourced foods (fruits, vegetables and grains), which nutrients are found best in them, how to properly prepare them, and what happens when we only eat plants.
Module 5: Why Eat Meat? Learn what nutrients are best found in animal-sourced foods like meat, seafood and eggs, and the difference between grass-finished and grain-finished beef.
Module 6: Food and the Environment. Biodiversity is important, but why? I’ll walk you through a thought experiment plus answer all of your questions about land use, water used, feed efficiency and the greenhouse gases associated with animal agriculture.
Module 7: Food and Ethics. Diet has become like a religion to many people. In this module you’ll learn what a true diet of “least harm” means, plus the ethical implications of a meat-free food system.
Module 8: Feeding the World – What You Can Do. There’s a critical difference between human “feed” and producing what is optimal for our health. Plus, I’ll address the space required for regenerative agriculture, and what changes need to happen on both a big scale and on a personal level to fix our food system for the future.
