Diana Rodgers, RD, LDN, NTP is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist, nutritional therapy practitioner, and a certified Whole30 Coach. HOW I WORK
Before we meet, I email you some paperwork to complete so I can better understand your unique situation and will save us some time during your session. During your initial 50 minute consultation, I’ll listen to your goals, discuss your health history, analyze any recent nutrition-related labs, and review your three-day food journal. We’ll also discuss lifestyle issues like sleep, stress, and movement. Together we will come up with a custom diet and lifestyle plan that works for you. Follow-up appointments are generally about 20-minutes long. You can book one, three and six-month packages.
You can meet with me face-to-face at my office in Concord, MA and also I offer distance consultations via phone or HIPPA compliant video chat for clients who are not local to me and for local follow-up appointments. Each one, three or six month package client will be set up with an account via our nutrition portal, where we can communicate, track food intake, and set goals between appointments.
What’s the difference between a Registered Dietitian and a Health Coach or Nutritional Therapy Consultant? I have graduate medical degrees in nutrition and have completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical rotations in hospitals and outpatient settings. Dietitians are qualified to practice medical nutrition therapy, meaning we can prescribe a diet for a medical condition, can work with your doctor as part of your medical care team, and can bill insurance for services. Other coaching certifications generally do not require any formal education or supervised internship. When considering a nutrition provider, please ask about their training.
What’s different between me and most other dietitians? I have extensive additional experience working with blood sugar regulation, weight loss and gut health. I often present at conferences on the success I’ve had resolving tough cases with simple diet changes. I believe in real food, not “everything in moderation” when it comes to serious weight loss, balancing blood sugar, and gut health. While most other dietitians will show you a photo of “My Plate” and how to balance out your portions, I tackle diet changes from a completely different perspective, working with you to find exactly the right foods to fuel your body and restore your health.
I am covered under most insurance carriers, so please feel free to check with your plan to see if my services are covered.

Ready to get started on your health transformation?
My energy came soaring back and the need for the 3:00 fix disappeared.
“After reviewing my food log and lab tests, Diana had me increase both my carbohydrate (sweet potatoes, beets, potatoes) intake and also increase my fat intake, healthy fats of course. She also recommended certain supplements to help address some underlying issues. My energy came soaring back and the need for the 3:00 fix disappeared. My energy level also stays constant throughout my workouts and I’ve achieved some new lifetime personal records at the age of 46.”
