I peel a lot of veggies and have found this peeler to be the best at the job. It’s easy to hold, swivels nicely to not only cut carrots but also “bumpy” vegetables like potatoes. When I have to do a large volume of peeling, my hand doesn’t get tired due to the ergonomic grip. This is a must have in my book.
