Hi, I’m Diana Rodgers. I’m a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist and nutritional therapy practitioner. I’m not your standard dietitian. I believe that the majority of today’s skyrocketing health issues, from obesity to type 2 diabetes, are directly related to the foods we eat – not just processed junk food, but also foods we THINK are healthy, but are not!

HOW I WORK
During your initial 50 minute consultation, I’ll listen to your goals, discuss your health history, analyze any recent nutrition-related labs, and review your three-day food journal. We’ll also discuss lifestyle issues like sleep, stress, and movement. Together we will come up with a custom diet and lifestyle plan that works for you. Follow-up appointments are 20-minutes long. I offer one, three and six-month packages.
I see patients in my offices in Concord, Massachusetts and will be opening my space in Harvard Square late fall of 2017. I also offer distance consultations via HIPPA compliant video chat for follow-up appointments and to clients who are not local to me. Each one, three or six month package client will be set up with an account via my nutrition portal, where we can communicate, track food intake, and set goals between appointments.
I am covered under some insurance carriers, so please feel free to check with me to see if some of my services are covered under your plan.

Best for clients looking to lose weight or who have digestive health issues. Includes the initial consult plus 6 bi-weekly follow up appointments.

One-Hour Nutrition Consultation ($149) For those not ready to sign up for a nutrition package, I offer a stand-alone, initial one-hour consult where we review your medical history, current food intake, your sleep, movement and other lifestyle factors that could be influencing your health. We discuss your specific goals and together, we develop a plan to achieve them. Follow-up appointments are $105 for 45-minutes, and you may schedule them as frequently or spaced apart as you like. These visits can be done in my office or virtually. Contact me for more information.
Ask Me Anything Call ($125): These are 45-minute phone calls I do with people who are looking to simply ask questions and get some tips on food, supplements and lifestyle issues. Does not include any analysis of food journal, labs or follow up appointments. I also offer these calls to people looking to change careers and aren’t sure which nutrition program is best for them, and I consult with natural food companies to offer marketing advice.
